Want to play Balloons? Send the booking team your music, rate, lineup, availability, and sound notes in one place. A submission starts a review. It does not confirm a booking, rate, date, or contract.

Band application

Only the basics are required, and they are marked with an asterisk: your band or performer name, a contact name, an email, and a phone number, plus the two confirmations at the end. Every other field is optional.

That said, the more you can share, the better. Details, links, and photos all help the Balloons team evaluate the fit, and a fuller application can improve the chance and speed of consideration. It never guarantees a booking. The team reviews every submission before anything is booked or published.

Band and contact

Your music

All optional. Anything you add here helps the team hear who you are.

A public YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, or similar link that shows the act that would perform is one of the most helpful things you can include.

Sound, lights, and stage

All optional. Balloons can provide house sound and lighting. Sharing what the act needs and what you plan to bring helps the sound team plan the night.

Promo photos and stage plot

Optional. Use two separate promo-photo fields and one stage-plot field. Attach one file per field and keep the whole submission at or under 8 MB total. Files upload straight to Balloons private review storage.

A stage plot is not required, but it helps the sound team plan. Attach it as a JPG, PNG, or WebP image, or use the stage-plot link field above for a hosted document.

Required confirmations

We use this information only to review the act, discuss a possible booking, and prepare approved website or social material. Nothing in this application will automatically publish to the website or social media. See the privacy note.
